Support is available one of three ways:
1. Call 772-204-1628 (Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM)
2. Send an email to email@example.com (24/7)
3. Download and install remote support software with the link below, you will have to save and then run the program. This will work for both PC and Mac. Once you run the program you will have to accept the agreement for remote support, contact us via phone, and then allow us to connect to your computer. This is an on-demand solution that requires your approval each time, there is no permanent connection to your system.
Mac OS users, if you’re using a newer operating system, such as Mojave or Catalina, you will have to fiddle with some security settings in order to allow our TeamViewer quick support tool to see your screen, the instructions can be found here in this link
